Expat Dinner, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (Thursday, October 11th, 2018)

After a big day of shopping at La Comer and getting Steve's eye exam at Costco, we headed back to the marina for an expat dinner.  We met such nice people the other night at the happy hour that we decided to do it again.

We jumped on the bus to the Marina and got off at the whale statue by the highway and immediately started walking toward the marina.  Once we were at the marina, we began to walk along it which would bring us to our restaurant Rincon Buenos Aires Steak House.

The walk along the marina is a lot of fun.  There are so many sea creatures to see, and we watched form the crocodiles, but didn't see them.  We have been told by several different people that there are three crocodiles that live in the marina.

There are a lot of reef fish that stay near the rocks in the marina.

I can't believe it, but other than the food I completely forgot to take any pictures of our expat dinner.

The chicken looked great, but we didn't order it.  This is Star's dinner.

Steve and I each had the steak.  It was great!

I have to blame my lack of pictures on having too much fun I guess.  We were seated at a table of completely new people, so we had a great time getting to know them all.  They we a great mix of singles and couples, and all of them had very interesting life stories.  We exchanged numbers with all of them, and are hoping to be able to get back together with them while we are in town.  Hopefully time will allow it!
