Critters in Colorado (August 1, 2015)

Colorado is certainly not known for it's creepy crawly things, except for maybe an occasional rattlesnake.  But upon our return home, I was out doing yard work and came across a few fun little critters in the yard, so I thought I would share them with you.

A praying mantis in the yard

While is was working in the yard, it moved itself into a tree where it was much easier to see

I don't know what kind of spider this is, but it was huge!
