Cemeteries and Graveyards, Ireland (Friday, July 26th, 2019)

I never knew that there was a difference between a cemetery and a graveyard, but I now know that I was wrong! 

In Ireland, a graveyard is attached to the property of a church, and is where everyone desires to be buried.



A cemetery is not associated with a church, it is a separate burial ground.

Now we all know the difference!
