The kids decided to do a little shopping this morning, and then when they got back, we went around town and looked at some model homes. Always a fun pass time, and you never know what you might find.
After visiting friends in the afternoon, we met back at our house to head for dinner. One of the local restaurants "Bad Dogs" has Taco Tuesday, so of course we had to partake.
In addition to $1 tacos, they have $1.50 domestic drafts. Crazy!
When we left Bad Dogs, we headed up the street to a little place called the Desert Martini, where they serve just that...desert martinis. It's a little hard to see, but a dessert martini is a beer with an olive it in. Kind of fun!
Although we always wish for perfect weather when anyone is visiting us in Lake Havasu, it was a nice way to end a windy day!
