Desert Storm (Friday, April 20th, 2018)

Desert Storm is the first poker run of the season, and it just happens to be on our lake, so we took advantage of it and enjoyed watching some fast runs and beautiful boats.

Going through the channel we got to see some of them parked.  We see some of the most incredible boats!

There are so many boats anchored out here.

Many of the boats have helicopters taking pictures of them as they run.

Once they pick up their card at Havasu Springs, they turn around and head back up the lake to get their next card.

We had a really fun day hanging out with friends on the lake watching the poker run boats go by.

Then back through the channel.  It's a lot busier now than it was this morning!

After the wind day yesterday, we were a bit worried about the weather today, but it turned out gorgeous and was the perfect day!
