Mexican Food in Skagit Valley (Saturday, April 28th, 2018)

As we were leaving the gardens, on of the parking attendants gave us some advice for lunch.  We said we wanted Mexican food, and he suggested Mexico Cafe.

Our daughter ordered the Celia Nachos.

Our son (in-law) ordered the El Gordo with Mexican fries.

Steve and I both ordered a smothered steak and bean burrito.  This was the best burrito I have had in a really long time.  

Who would have thought that they would have good Mexican food in he state of Washington?  We were very pleasantly surprised!
